About Us

Rodger Osteen began Painting by Rodger in 1995 with more than 30 years of service working in residential and commercial remodeling services.

Rodger’s career began in the late 80’s. He started as a painter’s helper in his family’s business in Greenville, South Carolina before leaving for college. Rodger moved away from home to study interior design at Winthrop University and then began his own business. He worked in commercial and residential painting, home restoration, and wallpaper installation throughout South Carolina and along the east coast.

In 1995, he made his way home to Greenville and began Painting by Rodger. Since then, he has provided residential painting and home improvement services for the upstate of South Carolina.

Rodger loves making a difference in his clients’ homes and meeting their home improvement needs, from exceptional paint jobs to managing crews to suggesting fellow contractors for specialty work.
